Chapelgate Church picnic

Details
After the worship service on Sunday, September 27th, around 12 PM, we invite you, your family, and Chapelgate friends to join us for a picnic outside behind the Worship Center! You can set up by the fire pit, soccer field, patio, and playground.
Please pack a cooler with lunch for yourself and a dessert to share. Due to limited seating, we also recommend you bring chairs/a picnic blanket. We will have water, lemonade, and tongs for dessert. If your dessert requires a utensil (i.e. a cake knife), we’d appreciate it if you could provide one.
We will have yard games and bounce houses. Feel free to bring your own games too! Kona Ice and Travelin' Tom’s Coffee trucks will be parked nearby; they take both cash and card.

Cooler & Dessert
We are providing a pre-service drop-off! Please drive up the hill toward the athletic fields to the upper entrance. Volunteers will be there to receive your cooler and chairs/blanket. Please clearly label them with your last name. You may also leave items in your car, if preferred, to retrieve after worship.
Signs will be posted on Sunday morning to help direct you.
Desserts can be dropped off at patio tables near the main entrance. Volunteers will be there to assist you. Please label your dessert if it contains nuts or is dairy-free or gluten-free.
