Communications Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Communications Coordinator oversees and executes Chapelgate’s overall communications strategy across digital, print, and in-person platforms. This role is responsible for helping communicate the life, vision, ministries, and mission of the church in a clear, engaging, and Gospel-centered way.

The Communications Coordinator works closely with pastors, ministry leaders, staff, volunteers, and outside creatives to develop content, branding, media, and communication systems that support the church body and reach the broader community.

The ideal candidate is spiritually mature, highly creative, organized, flexible, and relational. This person should possess a strong work ethic, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for helping communicate the mission and ministry of the local church effectively.

A Christ-honoring lifestyle marked by humility, servanthood, generosity, joy, prayer, and love for Scripture is essential. A healthy sense of humor and the ability to thrive in a dynamic ministry environment are highly valued.
