O Lord, be my helper!

Sovereign God, thank you for your mercies and blessings. Through your favor, you have turned my mourning into dancing. Through your might, you have been with me throughout my life in all times, both good times and bad times. May I sing your praise and not be silent, may I give thanks to you forever.
