Registration is a two-step process. There are TWO forms that have to be filled out. Families must complete the Part 1 Parent Form (which includes parent/guardian information, emergency contacts, and payment). Then please complete the Part 2 Kids Form for each child being registered (age/grade group, shirt size, allergies, special accommodations, etc.).

Registration is not complete until both Part 1 and Part 2 forms have been submitted.

Early Bird: $40 per child (through March 31)
$45 per child (April 1–June 30)
$50 per child (July 1–July 12)

Registration includes all activities, supplies, a VBS t-shirt (which kids are required to wear during the week), and daily snack.

Financial scholarships are available upon request — we will work with families to make it possible for their child(ren) to attend.

Spots are limited and will fill quickly!

• Preschool (ages 3–5): Limited to approximately 40 children total

• Elementary: Limited to 50 students per completed grade level

We encourage early registration to secure your child’s spot!

Age Groups

Children are grouped by the grade they have completed.

Preschool Program (Ages 3–5)

• Must be 3 years old by July 20, 2026

• Must be potty-trained

• Not yet in Kindergarten

Children 2 years and under, or not yet potty-trained may only attend if a parent volunteers in the preschool VBS program.

Elementary Program
For students who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade (as of Spring 2026).

All VBS students (Preschool–Elementary) begin and end the day together with large group gatherings in the gym.

9:00–9:30am – Opening Rally (All Ages)
Skits • Worship with motions • Short videos • Introduction to the daily Bible story and main point

12:15–12:30pm – Closing Rally (All Ages)
Skits • Worship • Minute-to-win-it game

Parent pick-up at 12:30pm

Our preschool program includes shorter activity periods, lots of movement, and consistent leaders to help children feel safe and comfortable.

8:45–9:05am – Arrival & Free Play (classroom)
9:05–9:10am – Clean Up & Line Up
9:10–9:30am – Opening Rally (gym)

9:30–10:30am – Morning Rotations (about 15 minutes each)
Outside Play • Bible Time • Snack • Simple Craft

10:30–10:40am – Cool Down, Bathroom Breaks & Free Play
10:40–10:50am – Short Worship Time

10:50am–12:00pm – Rotations (about 15 minutes each)
Games/Gross Motor • Missions • Sensory Activities • Craft

12:00–12:30pm – Snack (provided) & Free Play
12:30pm – Dismissal

Preschoolers remain with the same small group and leaders throughout the morning.

Elementary students rotate with their grade group throughout the morning, spending about 25 minutes at each station. Each group experiences all stations daily and starts at a different one each day.

9:00–9:30am – Opening Rally

9:30am–12:15pm – Rotations (approximately 25 minutes each):
Games • Crafts • Snacks • Bible • Related Activities (hands-on discovery & non-physical games) • Missions

12:15–12:30pm – Closing Rally

12:30pm – Dismissal
