Worship Night
“...sing to the Lord, all the earth!”
Join us in Worship
- Psalm 96:1Saturday, October 10th
7 PM
in the Chapelgate Worship Center
Not like sunday morning…
Chapelgate’s Worship Night exists to create an extended space for our church family to encounter God together. We gather to sing songs old and new, familiar and unfamiliar, so that every voice can freely and fully respond to who God is and what he has done for us. Our aim is that when the night ends, the gospel would be ringing in every heart and on every lip – not just a memory of the evening, but a fresh reminder of the good news that never grows old.
An opportunity to serve
During worship, we will have a 15-minute intermission. During this time, our student ministries, Breakaway and Kairo, will be selling concessions, all for $1. Cash, card, and Apple Pay are all accepted. A QR code will be available at the concession stand for anyone who would like to give to the Student Ministry Scholarship Fund, helping make retreats and other ministry opportunities accessible to more students.
FAQS
-
This is a concert-style event, which is how it differs from Sunday morning. We hope that you can worship in a way that feels free and natural to you. The band will play a variety of music, the lights will be low, and you're welcome to sit or stand!
-
This event is open to families with children! We do not have child care, as we hope to create an environment that excites even them! Although the event goes from 7:00-8:30 (with a 15-minute intermission), all guests are welcome to come and go as needed to best support themselves and their families.
-
We will have a prayer team present on both sides of the room to pray with anyone who wants to throughout the night. You are free to give as much or as little information as you feel comfortable.
-
Please wear whatever is comfortable for you, whether that’s a T-shirt, your work clothes/uniform, or something dressy. The goal is to come as you.
