For His anger lasts only a moment, but His favor, a lifetime.

Weeping may stay overnight, but there is joy in the morning.

Dear God, thank you that your anger lasts only a moment. It helps us to know that you will always forgive us. It makes me feel like I don’t have to worry about God getting mad at me for sinning. Thank you that my weeping will only last a night and that I can wake up each morning and rejoice in your name forever. The night is like my weeping, only lasting a moment, but my rejoicing in the Lord is the morning, forever. I also love that your favor lasts a lifetime. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
