Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me.

Dear God, thank you for healing my heart and bringing me closer to you. Forgive me for relying on myself and not turning to you when I need your mercy and goodness. I pray that as I find myself not only in despair and sadness, but also in pride, I will continue to praise and rejoice in you. In your name I pray, Amen.
