Update 6 - September

9.12.26

1. Steel erection is ongoing. 

2. Concrete ramp and foundation for the retaining wall at ext. Stair 2 were installed. 

3. Stair from lower level to lobby level prep completed for pour next week. 

4. Masonry Wall at ramp installation ongoing.

5. Electrical main feed conduit run on the existing building roof is underway.

6. Waterproofing and foundation drain is ongoing around the building perimeter 95% complete.

9.19.26

1. Steel erection is approximately 95% complete. 

2. Topping-out ceremony is scheduled for Monday at 2:00 PM.

3. Steel detailing is ongoing and is tracking to be complete in the next two weeks. 

4. Stair from lower level to lobby level pour has been completed. 

5. Masonry Wall at ramp installation is complete.

6. Wood Framers to mobilize beginning next week.
